  • This 1:1 coaching program is for the woman ready to step into her power and create her life from a place of authenticity and joy. This program is intended to ground you and connect you back to your core essence.

    • Learn tried and true, principle-based, Lightyear Leadership methodology

    • Real-time practical coaching to support you in any situation or circumstance

    • Practice integrating these principles to lead your life with more confidence, ease and joy

    • Gain tools that will support you long after we are done coaching together

    • Release limiting beliefs and inherited legacies

    • Gain clarity on your unique gifts and life path

    • Co-create your own future using a combination of tools that Jenna personally uses to transform her life.

    Level One Vision and Goals, the foundational course of Lightyear, will teach you self development tools to empower you to take control of your life’s trajectory. By envisioning the future you’ve always wanted, and learning the Lightyear strategies to keep you on track that future can be yours.

    • Five 60-minute coaching sessions spread out over the course of 10 weeks. High-level 1:1 support every other week with a certified coach and founder of Space for Possibility Jenna Zabrosky.

    • Access to Lightyear.co Online platform where you will be led through the signature Course Vision and Goals +free 3-month membership to the Lightyear Community

Integrated Leadership Coaching

  • It’s not easy working with others, sometimes you finish a project only to find out that everyone else was working toward a different goal. Integrated Leadership will provide you with the tools to upgrade your communication, so you can get more done with your team, family, or partner, faster.

    Integrated Leadership gives you practical day-to-day tools for effective communication, so you can get where you’re going faster. It will teach you how to communicate better with others, no matter who they are or where they come from.

    In this course you will go learn and implement the five Cycles of Success to a project you are working on from any part of your life. Do you want to move your family to a new place? Start a new initiative at work? Or start your own business? Integrated Leadership is the place to start.

Coaching Memberships

  • Those who need commitment and accountability in a one-on-one customized format.

  • Coaching to support you in real time. Learn strategies and principles to meet you where you are at. On the spot coaching to meet your needs as you grow an evolve.

  • $500 for 2 sessions per month

    $700 for 3 sessions per month

    $800 for 4 sessions a month

    3 month minimum to start, or have previously completed a coaching package. No long-term commitment after. Pause at any time.
